New Fees Applicable as from 1 July 2009

Section 338 of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 states that the Governor in Council may make Rules under the Act, with the consent of the President of the Industrial Court. The Rules may provide for fees payable, in relation to proceedings in the Court or the Commission, or before the Registrar. Rule 192 of the Industrial Relations (Tribunals) Rules 2000 provides for a Schedule of Fees.

The fees to be demanded and paid in the Court of Commission shall be those set forth in the following table:
