Freedom of Information

How to make a Freedom of Information application

Anyone can apply to obtain information held by the Industrial Registry under the Right to Information Act 2009. Fees and charges may apply.

Applications must:

• be in writing
• use FOI Application form (PDF, 91 KB)
• be accompanied with applicable fees
• clearly identify the documents required
• include your name, address and contact details.
