Final Report

Inquiry into the impact of Work Choices on Queensland workplaces, employees and employers

In accordance with the Minister's direction, the Commission was required to conduct an Inquiry into the impact of Work Choices on Queensland workplaces, employees and employers and to provide a report and recommendations under section 265(4) of the Industrial Relations Act 1999.
