Award Review

Section 130 of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 provides for a review of state awards to be carried out by the Commission within a minimum of 3 years after the making of the award and for a further review after a subsequent period of 3 years.

The first round of reviews was completed by the Commission and the second round commenced on 1 July 2004. Information on both reviews including guidelines, templates and other resources can be obtained by clicking on the links below.
